Exchange Policy

At Princess Nightwear, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items.

1. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item (for size, colour, or a different product), please follow the return process and place a new order after your refund is initiated.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • We accept exchange under the following conditions:
  • The product must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.

Please Note:

  • Certain products such as sale items, accessories, and innerwear are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and promotional policies.
  • Exchange requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate a exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at hello@princessnightwear.com or call us at +919675076555 within 7 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for exchange, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once your request is approved, you will be asked to courier the product back to our official address.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of a return (except where the return is due to a wrong or damaged product sent by us).
  • We recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking for sending returns.
  • Returns sent for exchange without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Approval

  • Once the exchanged product reaches us, our quality inspection team will review the item.
  • This process typically takes 2–4 business days after receipt.
  • If the return meets all conditions, then the exchange will be processed accordingly.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
  • Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

6. Non-Returnable Products

  • The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Accessories and fashion jewelry.
  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective product:
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs clearly showing the issue.
  • If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Responsibility

  • Princess Nightwear is not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged during the return shipping process if sent independently by the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking when returning products.
